Counter-Notification

2. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, VN Pro Mod APK has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
